Release of Liability: 

Using the services provided by Erie Picnic Company, you and your party agree that Erie Picnic Company can not be held liable for any injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property resulting from you or your party's use of our services. You acknowledge that you and your party's use of our services involve inherent risks of injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party's participation is entirely voluntary and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by Erie Picnic Company. You and your party, along with your respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against Erie Picnic Company for personal injury, illness, death, and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in our events or using our services. If you or your party should require medical attention while using our services or participating in one of our events you and your party also agree to be financially responsible for the costs of that treatment. Please follow the city laws on alcohol/drug use in public spaces or parks. You and your party agree to all terms and conditions above upon booking/paying for the picnic.
