Packages: Exclusive Products

All bookings can only be secured with a 50% deposit which is refundable up to 7 days before your event.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before your event. 
Incase of inclement weather, please have an alternative indoor location as a back up for your event, or a rain date can be secured upon availability.

 

There is a $50+ refundable damage deposit attached to your invoice in case of damaged or lost items. You are responsible for the set up and its entirety during the duration of your event and until Erie Picnic Company takes possession of the items. The damage deposit will be refunded no later than 48 hours after your event, granted there are no lost or damaged items and no professional cleaning required on any of the equipment.

 

If the damages to items surpass the damage deposit, you will be charged full cost of said items to the card on file. For events over a guest count of ten, the damage deposit starts at $200.
